Ms Tham graduated from the National University of Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia) in year 2017 with Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Law (LLB). She then started her pupil in chambers at Messrs Chui & Associates. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018.
She armed with clear conscious of wanting to pursue in this legal fraternity, Ms Tham further undergo her pupillage at Messrs Chui & Associates in September 2017 after she graduated from National University of Malaya and completed the pupillage on Jun 2018.

Throughout the pupillage period, she was given opportunity to handled conveyancing files such as subsales, banking, property transfer, will drafting. She gained exposure in assisting and drafting cause paper for Probate and Letter of Administration Application in High Court, Joint Petition for Divorce matter and Small Estate Application.

Ms Tham was admitted to the Malaysia Bar on 27 July 2018. After admitted to the bar, she continued and commenced her legal practice in Messrs Chui & Associates as a legal assistant on January 2019, handling on both conveyancing matters and general litigation.
