Academic Qualification
Ms Tee graduated from National University of Malaysia in year 2017 with Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Law (LLB). She underwent her pupillage-in-chamber under the guidance of Mr Richard Teh Tai Sheng of Messrs Teh Kim Teh, Salina & Co. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court Malaya in 2019.

–  2018 Completed pupillage at Messrs Teh Kim Teh, Salina & Co
–  2019-2021 Joined the practice of Messrs Kuek, Ong & Associates as legal assistant
–  2022 Joined Messrs Chui & Associates as senior associates


Work Profile
Ms Tee has exposed to Conveyancing, Corporate, Civil Litigation and even Intellectual Property works during her time in Messrs Teh Kim Teh, Salina & Co. She has been widely in charge of Developer’s work with the Conveyancing department and helps out with due diligence and research for her Firm’s Corporate Partner. Ms Tee also dwell in the Intellectual Property field where she draft and prepare the legal documentations for the filing of Trademark for various company based on the client’s needs and interest. For civil litigation, Ms Tee assisted the Litigation Department by conducting all the necessary researches delegated to her and compiling all the information needed by the Department.

Ms Tee was called to Bar and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on March 2019. Her early legal career is in Messrs Kuek, Ong & Associates, Petaling Jaya where she gained her experience mostly in Conveyancing matters involving acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential property. She also handled conventional and Islamic banking files comprehensive of HSBC Bank, Alliance Bank, Malayan Banking Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad , Hong Leong Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, UOB Bank, Ambank, and OCBC.

Ms Tee has joined Messrs Chui & Associates in 2022 which has provided her an avenue to continue main focus on conveyancing involving subsales, developer conveyancing files and banking transactions. Besides that, Ms Tee also has given the opportunity to assist in the general litigation matters such as Grant of Probate and Letter of Administration.
